We're debating between DC and California for next year, with arguments both ways ... I'll be getting a thread on that up soon. If it's in DC, we'll sync up with the Privacy Law Scholars conference, which would probably mean the first week in June. I'd love to see the person who is chosen to head the Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board as a speaker next year.
